Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
AnnaRoe&Co is fully committed to protecting the customer's privacy. Credit-card details are handled by PayPal on their secure servers. This information is not disclosed and is covered under PayPal's privacy policy which can be viewed on their website (www.paypal.com.au).

Returns & Replacements
Kettlewell T-shirts:
Returns Policy We accept returned items for full product refund if sent back to us within 14 days of your receiving the goods. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please return via registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to AnnaRoe&Co at your expense unless faulty. Please note that we do not refund original post and packing costs unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
It is important that you confirm your order and carefully complete your payment details. When you are satisfied with all your entered information please proceed with your order. When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

For international orders there may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.
